Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Sales Enablement
Counsel students and parents on MBBS programs abroad (Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Philippines, etc.).
Deliver clear guidance on eligibility, NEET compliance, fees, visas, and FMGE/NExT regulations.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments through structured follow-ups.
Handle walk-ins, tele-counseling, and digital leads with performance accountability.
Admissions & Documentation
Manage the entire admission lifecycle:
University shortlisting
Application submission
Offer letters
Visa processing
Ensure error-free documentation aligned with embassy and university standards.
Compliance & Risk Control
Ensure adherence to NMC/NEET regulations and country-specific visa policies.
Maintain transparent communication on recognition, licensing, and post-study pathways.
Partner & University Coordination
Liaise with foreign universities, aggregators, and education partners.
Stay updated on intakes, scholarships, seat availability, and policy changes.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Track lead conversion, enrollment metrics, and revenue contribution.
Support management with performance insights.
Candidate Profile
3–4 years Experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Abroad Admissions
Proven track record of student conversion and intake closures
