The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales opportunities for the company. They will be tasked with identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company. 

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.

  • Work on cold-calling prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.

  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.  

  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.  

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. 

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  •  0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an Ed-Tech or technology industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for education and technology.
