Admissions Guidance: Guide students through the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and enrollment procedures.
Query Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns raised by students regarding admissions, program details, fees, scholarships, and other related matters.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and challenges.
Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about our courses, curriculum, faculty, accreditation, and other relevant details to students.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails with prospective students to nurture leads and encourage them to complete the admissions process.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions, applications, and admissions-related documentation in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including academic advisors, marketing, and operations, to streamline the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student admissions and enrollments.
