Responsibilities:

  1. Student Engagement: Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, to provide information about our programs and offerings.

  2. Admissions Guidance: Guide students through the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and enrollment procedures.

  3. Query Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns raised by students regarding admissions, program details, fees, scholarships, and other related matters.

  4. Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and challenges.

  5. Information Dissemination: Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about our courses, curriculum, faculty, accreditation, and other relevant details to students.

  6. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails with prospective students to nurture leads and encourage them to complete the admissions process.

  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions, applications, and admissions-related documentation in the CRM system.

  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including academic advisors, marketing, and operations, to streamline the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.

  9. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student admissions and enrollments.
