HR TA Manager:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process.
- Make informed selection decisions and prepare job offers.
- Enhance employer branding to attract candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and improve talent acquisition processes.
HR Intern :
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring a smooth organisational transition.
- Assisting in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
- Assisting in handling employee inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documentation.
- Supporting HR projects, such as policy reviews or process improvements.
- Assisting with performance management activities, including documentation and tracking.
- Conducting research on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
