Roles and Responsibilities

HR TA Manager:

  1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  3. Source and attract top talent through various channels.
  4. Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  5. Coordinate and manage the interview process.
  6. Make informed selection decisions and prepare job offers.
  7. Enhance employer branding to attract candidates.
  8. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and reporting.
  9. Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and improve talent acquisition processes.

HR Intern :

  1. Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  2. Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring a smooth organisational transition.
  3. Assisting in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  4. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
  5. Assisting in handling employee inquiries and providing necessary information.
  6. Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documentation.
  7. Supporting HR projects, such as policy reviews or process improvements.
  8. Assisting with performance management activities, including documentation and tracking.
  9. Conducting research on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  10. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
