Role Objective
Drive new business acquisition by generating qualified leads, initiating client conversations, and supporting the revenue pipeline. This is a frontline growth role focused on outreach, relationship building, and conversion support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, events, and outbound calling
Execute high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms
Qualify prospects based on defined business criteria
Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales or business teams
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
Support proposal sharing and follow-up cycles
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics
Build a strong understanding of company offerings and value proposition
Monitor competitor activity and market signals
Coordinate with marketing and operations for campaign-driven leads
Required Skills
